Services:
Psychoeducational Assessment
For $3000, a comprehensive
psychoeducational assessment includes:
-A one-hour consultation
-Review of records and background information
-Conducting interviews
and scoring rating scales
-Two to five hours of
home-based in shorter sessions
-A one-hour post-assessment
meeting with a detailed written report.
May result in diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, anxiety, or other mental health disorder which affects academic or work performance.
ADHD Only assessment
The ADHD-only assessment for adults or youth, excluding academic evaluations, costs $1000 and includes:
- A one-hour remote
- Review of relevant records
- Interviews and rating scale scoring
- One to two hours of home testing
- A one-hour post-assessment meeting with a written report.
Cognitive only assessment
The cognitive assessment for 1500 includes:
- A one-hour pre-assessment consultation- Review of relevant records and background
- Administration of interviews and rating scales- Testing sessions lasting 2-3 hours, in shorter intervals at home
- A one-hour post-assessment meeting with a written report of findings.
Psychoeducational Assesment plus Consultation
Ongoing consultation with a parent/or teacher is included with the assessment, totaling one hour per month for six months at $3,500. This includes a full assessment along with the ongoing consultation.
About Me: Licensed Educational Psychologist Claire Stevens is from Washington State. She received her Masters of Arts in Education at Alliant International University. Claire worked as a School Psychologist for ten years conducting initial and triennial evaluations for students age three to adult. Recently, Claire worked at a private practice conducting Independent Education Evaluations, private psychoeducational evaluations, and public school psychoeducational evaluations and counseling before starting her private practice. Claire received her Educational Psychologist license in June of 2020. When not working you can find her playing guitar and playing with her husband, and two school-age children at the beach.
